Water and culture bring together this father and daughter as they fight to protect their homelands.

Chen Jianguo (Foundation of the Republic) and Jian Ping Liu (Small Law) are two men who frequent the Center of Chinese elders of Usera, in Madrid. During the preparations for the Chinese New Year, one of them dies and a series of electrical problems begins to happen in the club.

Wander is a film primarily experimenting with the effects of superimpositions to play with surreal sensations, as a poetic dialogue floats along the way. No incarnation of the subjects exists inside, only the two's voices hovering over the dynamics like extraterrestrial creatures drifting away from the Earth. The atmosphere is dangerous. And the fluid exhibition of sceneries spans from Asia to North America with chaotic velocity, which may relive a spiritual diaspora after fragmentary experiences here and there. In this visual space, the past is unrelentingly flooded away in the fading memory.

This motion portrait of P.R. Miller is a journey into the mind of an eccentric, outcast scavenger, known around Akron, Ohio as "the junkyard artist." Hailing from a little place called Mars, he was raised on a scrap yard where they used to burn autos. According to Miller, Mars, PA had one of the highest rates of brain disorders in the country. Miller, himself, was once thought to have been retarded, but it turned out to be ADHD. He has been inundated with toxicity his whole life, not unlike Mother Earth herself. Miller is convinced that the Earth will one day rid herself of the human vermin that is destroying her. When put on trial, P.R. Miller stood up for his right to make art on his own property. All this "visual bubblegum" is a backdrop for Miller to rant and rave about how the American value system is based on the worship of money, and how the culture of consumerism and waste will lead to the final demise of humans.

The film is a visual exercise in the reminiscence of Lucknow's glorious cultural past as told by Nawab Mirza Nasir Abbas and Naaz Abbas. The pieces of their lives are presented in fragments by the filmmaker, which also emulates the nature of their memories; interwoven with the filmmaker's own contemplations on her cultural identity.
