Velvet Revolver is an American hard rock supergroup consisting of former Guns N' Roses members Slash, Duff McKagan, and Matt Sorum, alongside Dave Kushner formerly of punk band Wasted Youth and Stone Temple Pilots vocalist Scott Weiland. Rock Am Ring Nürburgring – Nürburg, Germany. 3rd June 2007

This concert by Velvet Revolver was filmed at the Palladium in Cologne, Germany in March 2008 for the legendary German TV series Rockpalast. The concert was near the end of the tour for their second album Libertad and came just a few days before the band went on hold following the departure of singer Scott Weiland. The set draws heavily on the Libertad album but also features tracks from their debut album Contraband and covers of Stone Temple Pilots and Guns n Roses tracks.

Trey on drums. [2] Unfinished. This show was night three of Phish's Baker's Dozen run at Madison Square Garden and consisted of a red velvet donut theme. Red velvet donuts with cream cheese frosting were given to fans arriving at the venue and the show featured the Phish debut of Sunday Morning with Trey on drums and Fish on vocals. Fish came out on stage for Sunday Morning wearing a stole and mitre. He also lifted a censer with burning incense at one point and even sprinkled "holy water" on the crowd. The venue was draped in red lights for the "velvet" themed songs: Sunday Morning and Sweet Jane (both Velvet Underground covers) and Wading in the Velvet Sea.

In the racially charged South of the 1960's the black population of a small town is blamed for the spread of a virulent plague. Bobby, a white mechanic, is racing through the countryside with his wife Carolyne. She was bitten by one of those infected and is fading fast. Awakening in a wrecked car with Carolyne missing, Bobby follows a trail of blood down the road towards a fateful encounter and an unthinkable choice.

This newly unearthed film, which Warhol shot during a concert at the Boston Tea Party, features a variety of filmmaking techniques. Sudden in-and-out zooms, sweeping panning shots, in-camera edits that create single frame images and bursts of light like paparazzi flash bulbs going off mirror the kinesthetic experience of the Exploding Plastic Inevitable, with its strobe lights, whip dancers, colorful slide shows, multi-screen projections, liberal use of amphetamines, and overpowering sound. It is a significant find indeed for fans of the Velvets, being one of only two known films with synchronous sound of the band performing live, and this the only one in color.
