Trent Williams is one of the most athletic and successful offensive linemen in NFL history. The eight-time first-ballot Pro Bowler can go from clearing 5-foot-high box jumps to beating future Hall of Fame running back Adrian Peterson in footwork drills. The 6’5”, 320-pound native of Longview, Texas, is also a skilled hooper, capable of 360-degree dunks and a nasty crossover akin to Allen Iverson’s. Now, the San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle—known as the “Silverback” for his size and speed—is authoring one of the most miraculous comeback stories in NFL history.

Various generations of filmmakers talk about what cinema means for them.
It is sunset in a mountain landscape. An orchestra and a choir, along with a large group of adolescents who act as "living-music-stands", are filmed as they play the first part of Mahler’s 8th Symphony. The musicians gradually begin to move in a precise choreography, led by their living-music-stands. As these movements are executed, disparate groups of musicians, singers, and living-music-stands begin to disappear along with the sounds that they emit. The music progressively becomes a sound object captured in the course of its own erosion, which corresponds to the slow dissolution of the landscape’s visibility due to the setting sun. Ultimately, the music as a sound object and the landscape as a visual object become identical, all while being completely transformed in regard to the starting configuration. Thus, in TRENTO SYMPHONIA, the landscape becomes a point of convergence between contemplation, correspondence, and imagination.
La casa dei trenta rumori is the birthplace of a perpetual motion: the endless waiting for a return that must arrive necessarily from the sea. The Eternal Return.
In 2017, Brian Auga (20) was recruited in the Solomon Islands for the International Leadership Training Program. Both he and his brother, Moses, were promised college scholarships and flown to the US. Over the next two years, the brothers and at least 25 indigenous teens/YA’s were trafficked in vans across state lines, soliciting money. Enduring inhumane living conditions, the boys were indoctrinated into the Unification Church – colloquially known as the “Moonies”. Only through COVID-19 did the boys dramatically escape the trafficking group. Finding refuge in a rural town in Trenton, Georgia, the pair remained in hiding until 2022, impacting the deeply conservative community there, forever.

In 1999, the law on the Pacs is voted, allowing homosexuals to become a couple. In 2013, the law on Marriage for All is voted in turn, allowing access to marriage and parenthood for homosexual couples. In 2021, the law on PMA for all, so that homosexual women are no longer discriminated against in access to maternity, is still being debated while deputies and senators are opposed on many articles of the text. More than twenty years separate these three laws, the fruit of three decades of struggle by activists and associations, women and men politicians. From the ravages of AIDS, the first motor of these struggles, to the agitated parliamentary debates around the Pacs, through the demonstrations of the Manif pour tous, this documentary, illustrated with archival images, gives the floor to the actors to retrace the stages, sometimes forgotten, of this history.
