They rescue the young warrior and escort him back to his home in Rumania.

Many Circus acts perform during the movie. The police get involved when first "Mr. Too Little" runs away and then there is an accident and the tiger "Mr. Too Big" escapes from the circus.

In despair, Moritz casts about him for some means of increasing his stature, and finally spying a pair of stilts, proceeds to don them, and likewise appears of elongated dimension, and makes his reappearance at the house, where he amazes everybody with his surprising growth. His petition is granted, and everything is progressing beautifully, only poor Moritz falls over and can't get up; this, of course, leads to the discovery of his duplicity, but the father, appreciating a good joke, grants his permission now.
