Over the course of his senior year, William Hopfensperger recorded get-togethers, soccer practices, donor dinners, parties, and goings-ons of St. Andrew School in hopes of making "The Documentary". This movie is that "Documentary".

Two paranormal researchers go on a quest to explore the legends of the light phenomena. On their way, they learn of eyewitness accounts, research the legends and possible explanations, and attempt to document the spook light phenomena.

Between 2022 to 2023, the artist embarked on four filming trips into the Changbai Mountains and the upstream region of the Songhua River. She captured documentary footage of activities such as logging, hunting, ginseng digging, fishing, and more, using video mediums like 16mm film, digital camera, drone, and GoPro. Throughout this process, the artist not only experienced the changing seasons of nature but also encountered immense challenges posed by extreme weather conditions, particularly the harsh cold, which tested her physical and mental resilience as well as the filming process itself. The film A Darkness Shimmering in the Light portrays the frozen Songhua River as a gateway to a journey through time and space. By integrating segments from ethnography of Siberia and the Xing'an Mountains, Northeastern literature, and folklore into the documentary footage, the artist constructs a series of fictional ecological narratives.

Houda al-Habash, a conservative Muslim preacher, founded a Qur'an school for girls in Damascus, Syria when she was just 17 years old. Every summer, her female students immerse themselves in a rigorous study of Islam, in addition to their secular schooling. A surprising cultural shift is underway-women are claiming space within the mosque, a place historically dominated by men. Challenging tradition, Houda insists education for women is a form of worship. Using Qur'anic teachings, she encourages her students to pursue higher education, jobs, and public lives, while remaining committed to an interpretation of Islam prioritizing women's role as wives and mothers. Ingmar Licht collects messages from a bygone era. Shopping lists, letters or ads which people put in books and then forgot about. The senders of these bookmarks are long gone because the literature comes from estates that the relatives wanted to get rid of. Ingmar Licht sells these books. This has become his job after almost anything in life went wrong. Alcohol, bankruptcy, looking in trash cans for returnable bottles. He tried to hide for a long time, but that's different now. "Seen in the light" is a film about seeing and being seen. Ingmar Licht observes the lives of others with an alert eye, just as he explores the stories behind the notes, the postcards or newspaper clippings, he discovers in the old books. - He wants to show himself, despite and because of his story.

Light was sexually assaulted by his stepfather and always lacked love in his childhood. The selfish Putri Hitam wants to have a crystal ball that can open the Gate of Wrath. If the gate is opened, all difficulties and disasters will arise on earth. Meanwhile Putri Cahaya, who knows the evil of her own younger sibling, tries to continue to spread goodness on earth. They became enemies when Putri Cahaya became Shinta's guardian angel from evil attacks.

On Saturday, November 3rd, 2007 Barbara and her band performed a special sold-out, one-off concert for fans at the Spilsby Theatre in Lincolnshire. The concert was recorded and the evening is presented here in its entirety as ‘Into the Light,’ Barbara’s first ever live DVD release. The DVD features all eighteen songs, mixing hits such as ‘Caravans,’ ‘I Know Him So Well’ and ‘Another Suitcase in Another Hall’ with favourites from her theatre work including ‘Easy Terms’ from the musical ‘Blood Brothers’ and ‘In The Bleak Midwinter/Here Comes The Sun’ from Willy Russell’s ‘John Paul George Ringo… & Bert’. Also included are ‘Love Hurts’ from ‘Band of Gold’, Gerry Rafferty’s ‘The Right Moment’ and Bob Dylan’s ‘Don’t Think Twice It’s All Right’ and ‘The Time They Are A-Changin'’. Barbara is joined on stage by her band - Pete Zorn, Troy Donockley, Brad Lang and Nick Holland.

Biomorphic shapes at play in this film reiterate and expose the persistence of vision, frame flickering and illusions. The random cycling images question who is the projector and who is the projectionist, while light forms the sound frequencies.

Six Black filmmakers come together to create a story about healing and belonging. A flamboyant Black trans non-binary person seems to be lost in a park in Berlin after a party. The character is experiencing an intense feeling of dissociation. This has happened before, their mind takes them away to cope with trauma, anxiety, gender dysphoria and racism. They pass out and their Consciousness travels to another dimension where there is no time. Here, they meet 'Ancestors' who share messages for their journey towards healing.
