Homes are chosen from viewers who write in explaining unique problems, like small space, broken or damaged home, no bathroom, no insulation, too old, not elderly friendly, etc. The show showcases some of the worst living conditions before, then goes through a reformation to modernize the home and meet the needs of the owners. When an out of work actress unexpectedly lands a starring role in the sexually explicit mini-series adaptation of a best selling erotic novel, her aimless, stoner boyfriend does his best to be supportive. Aoba lives on Midorijima, a small island to the southwest of the main islands of Japan. He lives with his grandmother Tae while working part time at a junk shop. The distant future. Within the 'Old Residenital District', two games in particular are popular. On one hand - 'Ribsteez', where teams are formed to fight over territory in hand-to-hand combat. And on the other - 'Rhyme', a vast virtual reality where 'Rhymers' battle and compete against one another in digital matches. Our protagonist Aoba doesn't really care for either of these. All he wants is to be able to live a relaxed and happy life in the 'Old Residential District' with his grandmother. However, something strange is beginning to happen - something that not only threatens Aoba's peaceful days, but all of Midorijima.

He meets them single-handed in the convent cloister and receives his death stroke. Elisabeth till the day of her death mourns her lover and daily tends his grave.
