Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner is a live-action television series based on the 1995 video game of the same name. Originally commissioned for a thirteen episode run, popular demand resulted in a further series of thirteen episodes being produced. it was originally broadcast on TX Network in the late night timeslot as a late night horror drama series.

The devil has a stye in his eye, caused by the purity of a vicar's daughter. To get rid of it, he sends Don Juan up from hell to seduce the 20 year old Britt-Marie and to rob her of her virginity and her belief in love. She however can resist him and things get even turned around when Don Juan falls in love with her. The fact that he feels love for the first time now, makes him even less attractive to her and Don Juan returns to hell.

A young man named Nanba Masato is an aspiring writer. One day, he feels sharp pain in his stomach and rushes into a hospital. There, Okouchi Yoko, a doctor in a white lab coat, comes in to treat him. Despite the severe pain, it helps Masato to feel a little better since Yoko cares for him like a sweet Venus. After successful surgery, Masato is hospitalized for a while. He is actually glad to be looked after by Yoko. But he never knew this was just the very beginning of the road to despair and destruction. Various strange things happen one after another at the hospital. A mysterious note is found in a back of a drawer in a sickroom. A medical accident of an elderly woman with dementia occurs. A girl is in near-death condition by an unknown allergy. A patient's condition worsens by a false medical records… You can't help but wonder, are these really just accidents?

At the end of the 15th century, a man and a woman, posing as traveling minstrels, are sent by the Devil to a castle to seduce its inhabitants.

Norwegian winter, 1915. On the island Bastøy, outside Oslo, a group of young boys aged 11 to 18, are held in an institution for delinquent youth, notorious for its sadistic regime. The story follows our heroine who after losing her mother, is in the custody of a rich family (the male lead's family). She's then allowed to attend a high school with prestige with him. There, people call him Master Devil, he'll always make her pass for difficult moments. ~ Based on the novel of the same name written by Jin Xia Mo.
