The Marshmallow Ghosts, Graveface Records' Halloween band, presents this omnibus of spooky music videos centered around a hearse tour company in Savannah, Georgia. The guide, Louis, recounts various Savannah ghost stories and legends to his seemingly lone patron, Paige. Her bizarre and dazzling visions make up the individual music videos, tied together by Louis' storytelling. "Hearse Song" sees a man at work being harassed by unseasonable trick-or-treaters. He meets an untimely, sugary end. "The Attic" features a little girl's psychedelic decomposition. A pig farmer and his brother perform at a carnival in "Pigman's Bridge," with grave results. A witchy fantasy for "Trick" takes a turn for the demonic. In "Wait for the Day," a lengthy hospital stay gives new meaning to "vegetative state." The hearse tour ends at a ghastly soiree for the video "White Satin Gown," where Paige immediately senses something is amiss.

The Exquisite Corpse is an exciting and unique collaborative film project, involving a group of eleven filmmakers contributing different segments in one movie. The linkage of the individual segments was achieved by applying an old game used by Surrealist artists in the 1920's to explore the collective imagination. That game, called "Exquisite Corpse", was first applied in literary form by a group of poets each supplying one line of the total poem. In drawing, a group of artists would take turns drawing one part of a human figure, without seeing what the others had contributed.
A feud between rival newspapermen Kruger (Bromberg) and McDonald (Guilfoyle) goes deadly when blackmailing McDonald ends up murdered and his corpse planted in the trunk of Kruger's car. Good guy Kruger attempts to hide McDonald's body, with the help of chauffeur Hogan (Jenks), to keep from being charged with murder. However, zany scenarios occur as the body just won't stay hidden, and keeps on popping up in multiple places where Kruger is located, leading to him hiding the body again and again while Kruger tries to find the real killer.
