Helping the Panther recapture his silver-screen luster are established directors Hawley Pratt (A FLY IN THE PINK), Gerry Chiniquy (SALMON PINK, PINK AYE), and Art Davis (PINK TUBA-DORE). Joining their ranks are veteran Warners helmer Robert McKimson (PINK DA VINCI) and artful behind-the-scenes DePatie-Freleng multi-tasker Art Leonardi (PINK PLASMA, PINK CAMPAIGN). Still in touch with the Temper of the Times, the Panther amusingly tackles a few then-trending 1970s topics such as environmentalism and animal-rights advocacy

This special was televised via closed-circuit from St. Louis to a select group of theaters, where ticket buyers watched the live performance on screen. The concert was organized by Harold Gibbons and Frank Sinatra as a fundraiser for Dismas Clark Half-Way House of St. Louis, the first halfway house for ex-convicts. Johnny Carson, in the third year of his Tonight Show stint took the place of Joey Bishop who was ill as the MC and 4th member of the Rat Pack.

Queen’s legendary Hammersmith Odeon show on Christmas Eve 1975 is one of the best recorded and dynamic early shows available. It occurs a month after A Night At The Opera was released and soon after it hit number one and was video taped for The Old Grey Whistle Test hosted by Bob Harris for BBC television. Most of the show was taped, but the BBC cameras were turned off when Queen came back onstage after the “Jailhouse Rock” encore to play a few more songs. The cameramen couldn’t capture this part of the show so after thirty-five years it remains unseen.

This was originally a bootleg, and then later re-leased on DVD by former band manager Brian Lane without band involvement or blessing. Generally considered the best concert video of the tour. On Stage At The National Stadium Dublin is described as the "Holy Grail" for Thin Lizzy fans, capturing the band at their very best in front of an adoring home crowd in Dublin. After various changes in the preceding years the classic 4-piece line-up was finally in place. This is the only live footage of many of the classics from the Fighting era. The show’s original audio has been newly restored and remastered for 2012, allowing fans to rightly hear the band in their full glory.
