This drama tells the story of a group of youngsters who are striving for self-improvement in the pursuit of swimming. Shen Yi (Zhou Xiao'an) was hired as a swimming team coach by the university's swimming team consultant Gong Zhimei (Zeng Yi). During the training, he explained the problems of the players and helped them solve them in a unique way. Their potential motivates them to realize their dreams.
