When one of them gets killed in a firefight with the police, the other two use the book to bring him back from the dead. Their plan works but the re-animated friend turns into a rabid monster, hungry for human flesh. Soon, all hell breaks lose and the "Brunstelwald" is swarming again with the undead...

Has financial salvation for John and Pete arrived at last in the form of out-of work, has been, comic book artist Nick Levine?

Amazing discoveries... The information displayed in this documentary is mind blowing and truly awe inspiring. I believe all who see this film will want to think hard about their beliefs, and consider their relationship with Jehovah! Lovers of truth should watch this documentary!

"The Books Of John" is a movie that follows the lives of three different people, Frank McLean, Will and Caryn. With the information in the diaries, Frank delves into his lover's past in an attempt to get to know more about the man that he never really knew. Will is a party boy who is a friend of Frank and Frank's late lover John.

Heavy reverb on the soundtrack amplifies every sound until he sits down to read through a stack of Ruscha's photography books, Twentysix Gas Stations, Some Los Angeles Apartments, Every Building on the Sunset Strip, etc. In an over-the-shoulder shot, we see each page of each book as Mason flips through them, briefly contemplating what he sees and reading any available text as a kind distanced recitation. Mason punctuates this seeming solemnity with moments of irreverence, manhandling, at times, these limited edition art objects as if they were toss away shopping catalogs as he presses on with his appointed task
