TULIP (The Undercover Line of International Police) is a New York-based international police force in direct opposition to the criminal organization TIGER (The International Group of Espionage and Revolt). Shunsuke Dan is agent Spycatcher J3 of the TULIP Japan Branch. Spycatcher J3 stands against TIGER's machinations.

Korean artist Choi Minkyung and Palestinian artist Dina Mimi, who cannot leave their parents' houses, share certain experiences of living abroad and feelings of not fully belonging anywhere in the world. The two artists exchange "video letters" filmed in their family's living room, wearing green screen, discussing their concerns about belonging, alienation, survival, and art. The green screen allows them to erase themselves from their environment and plays a role in projecting the missing outside world in the picture.

For us, a thought always presupposes a society, a culture and above all the consciousness of time. We are haunted by immortality, human notion par excellence. As if the world was here to fascinate us. And to disappoint us. The film travels around the bulb like the Earth around the Sun. Light makes the film visible. A fragile film, like our existence. For a quarter of a century, Frank Castorf has created a microcosm in the Volksbühne that many considered to be an identity-forming fortress and a renegade island in the increasingly chic and monotonous centre of the capital. Marija and Štefan are pensioners who often almost kill each other out of boredom. Darja and Tomaž are a middle-aged couple whose only son went to study abroad. Nika and Matic are a young couple who have just started their journey together. Nika is dominant and very disciplined, while Matic is a dreamer and an artistic soul. Which, of course, is the reason for many arguments.
