The Wicked Queen is dead but her brother, Lord Maliss, seeks for revenge. Using the Magic Mirror to locate Snow White and the Prince, he transforms into a dragon and attacks. A group of anthropomorphic animals are having fun in the snow, and steal Farmer Al Falfa's door. After fighting with his water pump and later his hand, Al Falfa wakes up from a drunken dream and has trouble getting inside his house. The animals invite the farmer to have fun with them.

The Buddhist pilgrims and beggars from all parts of Tibet gathered together in this place. Later, after the liberation, there were gradually some permanent dwellers here, so the "Snow" neighborhood Committee came into being. Today this neighborhood has several households, totally over one thousand "dwellers." But it is said that a large-scale demolishing of their houses in order to move to a new place has already begun; the former square will be restored here, The old people on "Snow" ground sigh with emotion about it."
