Winston Steinburger and Sir Dudley Ding Dong follows the intergalactic exploits of Winston Steinburger, his cat Dudley, and a high-strung alien named Hampton - three unlikely amigos in the Globulus Galaxy; a busy stretch of alien-infused space, millions of moons from earth.

Once a year a group of handicapped people are allowed to visit army barracks. There, they have the opportunity of feeling like and being real soldiers.

The action takes place in Lwów (L'viv) on the eve of World War II. A former White Army officer (Vladimir Mashkov) after the defeat of the Whites in the civil war in Russia emigrated to Poland (Lwów was a Polish city at that time). The chief dream of his was to buy Alaska from the USA and to return it back to Russia.

Ramnarayan Tiwari, a Brahmin (uppermost caste as per the caste system in India) is a peon in a government undertaking, where recently, a Dalit (lower caste), has risen to become a big officer.
