In 2017, after 17 installments, the controversial 'PSC' series stopped. Despite this, the fans stayed enthusiastic and the team behind the series never stopped. Finally, after 2 years, they've decided to return the series from hibernation.

Fridrihs Vesmanis (1875–1941) – the first Chairman of the Saeima (Parliament) of the Republic of Latvia, Latvia’s envoy to Great Britain, and a Supreme Court senator – was arrested and deported by the Soviets in June 1941. It was forbidden to mention his name during the years of the Soviet occupation. Only after Latvia regained its independence, his descendants found his autobiography, which reads like a last letter to the future Latvia. This film is dedicated to the inception of the Latvian state and the centenary of its Constitution and Parliament.

Russian Russian Thought, a newspaper founded by Russian emigration in France, and donated to the Russian State Library, tells the story of the film. Among the characters of the film, closely connected with the fate of the newspaper, Count P. Sheremetyev, Prince A. Trubetskoy, the oldest boarder of the "Russian House" Ekaterina de Geerts, the current editorial board of the newspaper. The film tells about the role of this printing body as a link between the abandoned homeland and the Russian diaspora abroad.

In the film, Rudolf Nureyev's friends, classmates, and colleagues recall the moments of his return to his homeland.
