In a quirky, small town, situated in the outskirts of everything, 14-year-old Martin is getting ready for one of the most formal transitions from boy to man; the communion. Soon Vitalik realizes that the residents of the nursing home are real old robbers with incredible destinies. Gradually, he changes his attitude towards these people. From perceiving them as "obsolete material", he gets into their views on life, experiences, understands that in their hearts they continue to be young, just like him. Now he wants to be needed and change his life, although it will cost him dearly.
