Lin Yue'er, daughter of a defeated general, disguises herself as a singsong girl named Ting Wu to investigate her father's defeat. Oggy, an anthropomorphic cat, would prefer to spend his days watching television and eating, but is continuously pestered by three roaches: Joey, Marky and Dee Dee.
