Alex is a young adult from a social housing district. When he left his home in the morning, he faces a situation apparently out of the ordinary.

Witnesses from the soviet period bring the underground music scene of the '60s and '70s back to life. But is it really a lost world, or why would young hip hop and folk musicians refer to their mythic ancestors?

Mau and others believe that Lin must have gathered evidence of Wong's wealth and thus forcibly take him home. Realising Tsim's snobbishness, Wong admits to a fuming Tsim that he a broke man. Finally the money arrives. Wong cherishes Lin's love and marries her, but shows the door to the remorseful Tsim and friends.

As a novelist, actress/screenwriter for François Ozon and director, Marina de Van is fearless, always eager to deal with taboos and expose herself. Mostly home-made and shot under the radar, Ma nudité ne sert à rien is a brave self-portrait of de Van as a forty-something wandering soul, asking herself about her work, body and relationships in the age of dating apps and one-night stands.
