A mother works as a dancer to support her ill daughter. One night while performing, the mother has a vision of her child dying. She rushes home, but it is too late.

"I do not care if we go down in history as barbarians." These words, spoken in the Council of Ministers of the summer of 1941, started the ethnic cleansing on the Eastern Front. The film attempts to comment on this statement.

《Love Is Not a Sin》is a genuine Macanese film made by a local director Chan Kin Tak. The film is an exuberantly bizarre tale about two teenage girls who have so such affections to each other. However, a hidden camera finally destroys their fancy as the recorded contents unveil a possible truth that one of them is probably a male. The director has skillfully shown a dramatic shift of mood through the use of his cameras, from an atmosphere of exuberant teenage joy to a lost in one’s own sentiments. He has also blended several elements into his plot, such as the innocence of youth, some soap materials and a sense of horror. This definitely wakes up the sensations of its audience. And a mysterious male voice narration throughout the film always keeps people puzzled about the truth.

16-year-old Allen lives a chaotic and underprivileged life. Defeated by life from the start, Allen finds joy and hope in hurdling, his favourite sport which he often wins in competitions during middle school. A cruel fate awaits him when he enters high school. Because of his height, his performance is suddenly hampered and he cannot even handle the basic 3-step hurdle. His hope of being in the school team is dashed, let alone winning over his teammates. The more desperately he tries, the more he realises his goal is beyond reach. Can Allen overcome this challenge before high school ends?

For more than 50 years, the history of the unprecedented resistance of Jehovah's Witnesses was concealed under the Nazi regime. Thanks to the support of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C., as well as the support of the board of trustees of young German film and the cultural film funding of Lower Saxony, this film was created. It tells the story of Jehovah's Witnesses, who placed the principles, commandments, and prophecies of the Bible, above the laws of the National Socialist State.

A cameraman and a soundman arrive in Corvo in 2007, the smallest island in the archipelago of the Azores. Right in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, Corvo is a large rock, 6km high and 4km long, with the crater of a volcano and a single tiny village of 440 people. Gradually, this small filming crew is accepted by the island’s population as its new inhabitants, two people to add to a civilization almost 500 years old, whose history is hardly discernible, such is the lack of records and written memories. Shot at a vertiginous pace throughout a few years, self‐produced between arrivals, departures and coming‐backs, “It’s the Earth not the Moon” develops as the logbook of a ship, and turns out as a patchwork of discoveries and experiences, which follow the contemporary life of a civilization isolated in the middle of the sea. A long atlantic film‐odissey, divided in 14 chapters, that combines anthropological records, literature, lost archives, mythological and autobiographical stories.
