An audiovisual immersion in the inner world of people with developmental disabilities living in Psychoneurological Institution No. 3 near Peterhof, the documentary short, Mind’s the Limit, tells the story of a place that may look like a treatment facility but is in actuality a place of social adaptation and a space for creative experimentation. Many live under the care of its staff until their final days, while exploring new worlds through abstract painting and electronic music. Creativity is their only way to connect with the outside world. What path do they have to travel for their work to become contemporary art?

As an athlete with an impairment drives his 7-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son to run one of their first triathlon races, he recalls the most difficult challenge he ever faced: an Ironman; one of the most strenuous physical and mental races involving 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km of biking and a run of 42 km, in a single day. The movie explores how children perceive this crazy idea.

If you had to give Jonas Deichmann a job description, then "adventurer" would probably be the most appropriate description. A documentary about the miraculous survival of an Icelandic fisherman, after his boat sank off the shores of the Westman Islands in mid winter. All the crew drowned except one, Gudlaugur Fridthórsson, who swam five and a half kilometers in the ice cold sea and then walked barefoot over a field of sharp lava to reach help. Specialists have made tests on Gudlaugur to determine how he managed to survive seven times longer than any ordinary man under these conditions.

Working conditions in the worst-paid jobs in the Czech Republic were examined by journalist Saša Uhlová during six months. She spent several weeks in a hospital laundrette, poultry house, cash register or waste sorting facility. Her experience became the basis of a lived and very personal report of invisible employees working in appalling conditions. Uhlová wrote a series of reports on her project that were published on the Alarm website. Apolena Rychlíková made them into a documentary film consisting of scenes shot at Uhlová's home and video footage taken during her work. Uhlová accompanies the picture with read commentary.
