Follows the struggle of 138 mostly immigrant workers who strike to save their jobs at a famous bakery in the Bronx when a private equity firm buys the bakery and demands wage cuts of up to 30%.

Set in the heart of Christmas, the film tells the story of Sergio, a boy who could not finish the year in worse shape. It is New Year's Eve, the heaviest snowfall in thirty years is falling, all flights are canceled and he has to take the grapes (a tradition in Spain for New Year's Eve) with the other passengers in a roadside hotel. But that's not all, because he will have to manage to get on a night what he has failed in several months: to win back her ex girlfriend Bea before she goes to work in Germany. Constructed over many weeks, Jann surreptitiously performed for the cinema’s security cameras, in empty car parks, box office booths and lifts, only later going back to comb through these tapes in an attempt to retrieve the material in which he appears. With movie star looks and an affection for body comedy, Jann could be situated as the Harold Lloyd of the Experimental Film Society of which he forms part (as unlikely as that sounds). Lloyd serves as a model here for a naturally physical performer, but also for the ways in which Clavadetscher gracefully skips over what would otherwise be impossibly restrictive conditions in which to make a film.
