The film stars Seishiro Kato as Rantaro who is sent to a ninja training school by his parents. During the summer, their teacher is invaded by a group of rival ninjas culminating in a race to ring a bell on top of a mountain.

Young athletes between the ages of 10 and 13 show what they are made of in the youth version of "Ninja Warrior Germany" in various obstacle courses. Only those who demonstrate courage, strength, endurance and skill can master the difficult tasks and win the respective age group.

A group of young ninjas enters a ninja school where they encounter a cast of eccentric teachers and learn various bizarre ninja techniques. However, amidst their hilarious adventure and blossoming young love, there are dark forces that threaten their school. The ninja kids must learn how to fend themselves and their school.

3 boys are told they are Japanese orphans and raised by I-Ho Ninja Society. They learn they are Chinese and the Society tries to kill them. This movie has been condensed from a three part series.

At a time when nations are warring, a sword with mysterious power called "Heaven's Sword" is stolen. The sword is said to give its wielder the power to conquer the world. Lady Lotus, an evil sorceress, attempts to retrieve an ancient katana possessing great power from Naguchi, a martial arts master. Meanwhile, a group of friends are planning a camping trip to follow an all-girl class who are in turn on their own camping trip with their strict teacher. After several mishaps the friends are left stranded in the mountains. While navigating their way back, they stumble across a hidden cavern, where an old ninja master lives. The boys are selected to become ninjas and retrieve the katana that Lady Lotus is searching for.
