Documentary about Estonian rock music as a birth-story of a fresh thought in the contradictional Soviet cultural space. A world of contrasts – pioneers placing flower chaplets to Lenin’s monument and Scott McKenzie “If you’re going to San Francisco, be sure to wear flowers in your head”. First Estonian beat-bands were born already in the early 60’s. Names like “Juuniorid”, “Rütmikud”, “Optimistid”, “Mikronid”, “Kristallid”, “Virmalised” and a lot of others, not so well known, performed almost every week on youth dance-nights. The repertoire was mainly acquired by listening and recording music from foreign radio stations with the static noise of the radio. Radio Luxemburg and a lot of other radio stations playing new music, like Radio Caroline and Radio Sweden, became windows to the music world. On 28 April, 1968, the Puhkeparkide Direktsioon and Tallinn Beat Club organized the first festival-like youth music event in Estonia and in whole Soviet Union.

Rocko Schamoni plays a rock star who has aged in the isolation of his castle, whose everyday life takes place somewhere between daily toast and Ludwig II. Posters and prizes remind us of his greatest, possibly only successes, which he celebrated in the 80s of the last century. Otherwise, there is now emptiness in his house and life.

Luna, a high school student, committed suicide. Her classmate, Sam, finds her death suspicious. Thus he tries getting in touch with her older sister, Solana, for more hints. One night, Sam finds Solana at the convenience store. Meanwhile a fight between gangsters happens. In the middle of the fight, a pistol dropped onto the ground. Solana picks up the gun instinctively. Sam helps Solana escape from the chaos. Two of them become partners immediately, and embark on a journey of truth - seeking. With a gun, they are determined to denounce the corruption of the school. In the end, they find out the mastermind. Yet, in front of the truth, Solana faces a choice between vengeance and forgiveness.

An urban legend that is truly rumored among the men of the world. It is said that there is a woman like Our Lady who gently embraces a virgin man who is trying to commit suicide due to such triple pain as "not popular", "not girlfriend", "dating and no money" .. That is the urban legend of "Maria the Savior". On the roof of a building, there was a man who was about to commit suicide. His name is Morishita. He confessed to his longing Madonna, Sayuri Mizushima, and was kicked down by a slapstick and lost hope of living. And when I tried to get over the fence on the roof, there was a voice behind him stopping him.

The film is set hundreds and hundreds of years ago. The viewer will be transported to distant Sakha, where brave warriors will go to the Lower World to save the beautiful Aikuo. What obstacles will our heroes face? Who is the truth behind — a human or a demon? Everything can turn out differently than they say in the legends. Everything is possible, because the boundless North is as unpredictable and mysterious as it is cold and harsh.

The video is a compilation of six short stories based on Japanese folklore legends. Each story is approximately 15 minutes long and are briefly introduced by a host. "Peony Lamp" is a story of love, death and ghosts. "She Bear" tells the story of a monster lady who terrorizes passers of a city tunnel. "Yamamba" is a spirit living in the depths of the forests waiting to feed on anyone who ventures there. "Nurarihyon" tells us of a playful spirit visiting a family's restaurant. "Heartbroken trip", a young woman visits a spa not knowing what awaits her. "Lost Souls" a stop during a long car ride turns into a nightmare.

Based on the book by Jorge Montenegro, the film is composed of four segments of the famous fables: "El cadejo", "La sucia", "La fiesta de ánimas", and "La taconuda".

What is it like to be young and grow up on a reserve? Focussing on music lessons, the film reveals the complex relationships that Indigenous youth can have with their “white” teachers. How can two cultures come together? A question the film asks, while inviting us into the private worlds of three Atikamekw teenagers, Myrann, Wapan and Seskin, who are trying to build their future and find a place in this world.
