This films highlights some of Japanese most infamous urban legends that have been passed down generation by generation. Some of the urban legends included are Satoru-kun and Hikiko-san.

When the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles acquire Mutastones from Crys-Mu, the spirit of light, they acquire the ability to enhance themselves into Super Turtles for a duration of three minutes.
