Three absurd, seemingly unrelated stories each tell a different tale about people processing grief, and about the people around to witness it.

The film’s main protagonists are household items of the 1950s-1970s shot on film. Their path goes from the written to the erased. From the clear to the forgotten. Obsession with the past — this is their space. The images gradually become and blurred down to pure emotion. Nothing can be saved, and it is impossible to return anywhere. This is a film where the characters take the stage for the last time.

A short experimental film.

The son of Wu Village elder Datong (Brother Wang) is unrequitedly in love with the village girl Cuicui (Bai Lan). One day Datong is changing Cuicui, Chen Zhongyi (Chen Yang), a college student who was returning home to visit relatives, passes by and rescues Cuicui. Since then, the two have had a strong bond. After his holiday, Zhongyi takes the night bus back to Taipei. Cuicui's father does not allow her to see him off...

A video compilation over the past two years that aims to recreate an old dream.

They were called ‘the golden generation’, the young Yugoslavian soccer players who won the Junior World Soccer Championships in 1987 in Chile. They became world-famous and today play in Rome, Milan and Madrid. But the country they represented in Chile no longer exists. Director Vuk Janic talks with soccer heroes like Zvonimir Boban and Sinisa Mihajlovic and visits the neighbourhoods they grew up in. Via the soccer, he tells the story of the disintegration of his country. The supporter riots in 1990 during the match between Red Star Belgrade and Dinamo Zagreb heralded the imminent war. Shortly after, the team fell apart. Seven years later, as national players of Croatia and little Yugoslavia, they compete in two charged qualification matches for the 2000 European Championships. Soccer is not war, but the war is never far away. The first match in Belgrade has to be cancelled due to NATO bombings, and the two national hymns are drowned in deafening whistles from the audience.

Rumors start to float around concerning the circus clown and his grandiose acrobat career which ended tragically. Will he be able to reconcile with his tumultuous past and get the show running?

A young couple spends their last day together after agreeing on only dating for three months.

The central character is a 7 year old girl called Sachiko. She has just lost her immediate family in the firebombing of Tokyo and takes the train to her uncle’s family in Kumagaya in Saitama Prefecture. She is not out of danger yet, for the train gets shot at by a plane along the journey. Her uncle meets her at the station and he and his whole family welcome her with open arms. With her cousins, Sachiko explores the beauty of the natural landscape around Kumagaya. Sadly, these beautiful days of late summer are not to last. The final movement of the film depicts the final air raid of the war. The city descends into fear and chaos and Sachiko gets separated from her family with tragic results.

The film depicts interconnected lives of various characters in South Vietnam in and after the war: a young girl (Mai) who lost her father (Hau)- a Viet Cong cadre; a woman (Nam) whose deceased husband is a South Vietnamese soldier has feelings for Hau and is trying to protect his daughter; a depressive man (Luong) who used to fight with Nam's husband has strong resentment towards his old army.

An undercover world of wild nature. The largest Mediterranean forest in the world, with an area of one million hectares. The only place still fly heraldic imperial eagles, abounds mythical legendary wolf and lynx hunting. However, this paradise is threatened. Oaks are dying victims of a process called "dry". Scientists estimate that on current trends the forest could disappear. The problem is aggravated due to the overpopulation of herbivores that impede natural forest regeneration. The solution is to restore the ecological balance and leave it to nature itself that recovers the forest.
