Island Of The Sharks

The story of Emma Sharp, a prim and proper English child who becomes the Jungle Girl. On their way home to England, Emma and her father, William are wrecked on a mysterious uncharted island. The crew of their boat, Captain Jack and his mate Terry, steal the island's precious Golden Monkey statue. This act unleashes a herd of dinosaurs and threatens the safety of the entire island. Beano the talking dolphin, asks Emma to help him save the island. This she does, aided by Samson the toucan, Chuntee the chimp and Zelinka the Python. The statue is returned, the island is saved and Emma returns home with a new thirst for adventure.

Set in post-war Okinawa, Japan, Gusuku had 3 close childhood friends: On, Yamako and On's younger brother Rei. On was the oldest of the group and he was like a leader to everybody else. Yamako is an elementary school teacher. Rei is a member of the yakuza. These three people are still unable to get over the disappearance of On. They chase after the truth behind On's disappearance and uncover a shocking answer.

1865, The American Civil War: Five POW manage to escape by balloon from Fort Richmond. His fellow castaways are: the famous journalist Gedeon Spilett, the salty sailor Bonaventure Pencroff, the orphaned boy Harbert Brown and the black servant of Smith, Nab. The dog Top also joined them in the escape.

Cold war era short documentary DEFIANT ISLAND (1964) tells the story of the Free China island of Quemoy. Sovereignty over the island was a big foreign policy issue among what was then called Communist China (PRC), Free China (Taiwan) and the United States.

In the 1970s on the Binlusai islands, a young mother is killed when she was running with her son run from an evil presence in an abandoned Roman Catholic leper colony. In the present day, a group of four young men and women are travelling to the island to take part in a survival game run by TV channel Search Planet headed by Chen Jiadong (Philip Keung). Also on the boat is the television presenter Stanley (Jessica Xu) and cameraman Ken (Shaun Tam). The eight people have been split into four pairs where they are given a map which leads to a flag; their aim is to survive without any supplies, and the winning duo gets a grand prize of one-million dollars. As they approach the island, their ship is attacked by something unknown under the water and most of their luggage is lost. Shen Yilin (Mini Yang) has preserved her map which she gives to her partner Peng Fei (Jordan Chan).

Will Ferrell will star in & produce a film based on Netflix documentary, The Legend of Cocaine Island, about a family man who hears a rumor there's a buried stash of cocaine worth $2 million hidden in the Caribbean and assembles a band of colorful misfits to retrieve it.
