In the near future, with harsh laws, omnipresent cruelty, and crazy TV shows, the maniac in a gas mask, Elmer, appears again. He is driven by the desire to cleanse the city of all scoundrels, psychos, and murderers.
A parallel reality, where Russia lives in an even bloodier capitalism than now. Worker Igor no longer sees the meaning in life and collects money for euthanasia - a “legal” way to commit suicide. However, one day, his friend is killed in front of his eyes, and he realizes that he wants to live to take revenge... Parallel plot line: Elmer's girlfriend becomes pregnant, and Elmer's child inside her grows very quickly, causing pain to the mother. But they don’t even think about family happiness because both government agencies and a dangerous robotic exterminator are hunting them...
