A reflective film essay, a machine of though, presented in tableau-form, composed by digital postcards on video format. Inspired by Donna Haraway the film is about a future of response-ability to inhabit the n-dimensional niche space called Earth or Terrapolis. We look for “real stories that are also speculative fabulations and speculative realisms. (…) stories in which multispecies players, who are enmeshed in partial and flawed translations across difference, redo ways of living and dying attuned to still possible finite flourishing, still possible recuperation.”
Zakopane is the winter capital of Poland, where Marszałkowska Street smoothly changes into Krupówki. Hitchhiking, views from Gubałówka, mountaineering – all of them, from a male perspective, could be an opportunity to meet a beautiful woman.

During the armed uprisings of the sixties in Venezuela, a young guerrilla woman has to give birth in secret. To her surprise, her daughter is the first to be born on Mother's Day and photos appear in the press. Since then, both have to flee. Disguises, false names are the hiding places and the daily life of CHICA, the narrator of this story. Together with her cousin TEO, they reinvent the adventures of their guerrilla fathers, building a fantastic labyrinth of superheroes and strategies around armed subversion, where you never know where reality or madness begins. But the children's game cannot hide the death, torture, accusations and betrayals that live inside the guerrilla.

An intimate and erotic drama that pays homage to the late gay Argentine author Manuel Puig. Shot almost entirely in arty and gritty black-and-white, the film has Carlitos, a young Brazilian guy, meeting his older Uruguayan lover Carlos for an extended tryst in a Buenos Aires hotel room. This romance features many tender, playful, and sexy moments, from the opening scene of Carlitos in bed, to a collage of images of the couple at the film’s end. Oliverio and the actors deftly capture the lovers’ palpable sense of desire in this striking low-budget film.

Leave all the messages for the future⋯ Hamasen is one of the first modernization regions. Since the Japanese colonization era, there had been many scenic postcards recording images of Hamasen. Some of the architectures still remained in the same places as they had been in the postcards. Over hundreds of years, this piece of reclaimed land carries memories of fishing men, customs declarers, and local elders from generations to generations. Sceneries in people's memories intertwine with different time layers of maps of Hamasen. What kinds of messages do we intend to leave for the next generation?

How to use this old technology of the postcard, with its marriage of image and text, its insistence that every exchange has two-sides which can never be considered at the same time, to write oneself back into the world? The traveller alights in Colombia, Bolivia, Brazil, even in Canada, finding words for the old wounds, sitting for a portrait in the middle of the city, out of doors, alone in a crowd. The military ghosts are never far, their costumes barely able to cover up the casual brutalities, even as the city’s citizens come together in unexpected formations, inventing new lives and conversations, like the plant life that flourishes around them, as resplendent as weeds. One of his most perfect and most personal reflections, a letter from the heart.
Landscapes, cities and people pass by in a small pile of postcards.
