On 3rd of May 2006, Armavia flight Yerevan-Sochi drowned in the sea due to bad weather conditions. There were 113 people on board including crew. Movie is dedicated to them. It is a melodrama characterised by love . The main hero of movie was in the airplane and this story is one of the 113 stories that were interrupted since the flight Yerevan Sochi never landed.

Night, crosses, a yellow bus rushes along a deserted highway, the driver is on his last trip, hurrying to his bride. On the way from the sea, a happy couple in love returns. Suddenly, four prisoners appear on their way from the darkness. Rushing past, the driver sees a brutal beating on the side of the road. The screeching of brakes! The doors swing open, the couple is pushed into the bus. The driver is ordered to keep quiet and drive. There are still 10 kilometers to the traffic police post, the guy falls unconscious on the floor, but she still resists...

Sasha, a soldier, has lost his family to an airplane crush. He comes home to avenge them and plans to murder a survived pilot who is responsible for disaster. However, his plans are interrupted when he meets a girl and falls in love. 'Flight' is a story of struggle between love and hatred.

External events echo the psychological crisis of the main character. In search of himself, he travels to the villages of the Kherson region that were flooded to create reservoirs - somewhere under the water column is his parents' native village, a metaphor for Ukrainian culture and historical memory mutilated in the 20th century. The man's concerns are closely related to the surrounding world: the atmosphere of the film reproduces the confusion of the entire nation: "What will happen next, after communism and its ideology?" In the yard, everything points to the imminent collapse of the perestroika.
