Having not received their salaries for months and seeing their bosses, who claim to be bankrupt, squandering money on parties and dinners for high society, two employees decide to charge their late payment, creating a tense atmosphere, with unusual and hilarious situations that expose, in a humorous way, the relationship between them.

Vairam movie tells the story of Sivarajan (PashuPathy) who fights for justice, as he looses his daughter Vairamani (Dhanya) who is raped and killed by Thalikkulam Josootty. When the law was blinded by political and money power, he had no other option than to hunt down josootty. An investigative journalist Annie Jacob (Samvritha Sunil) of a popular magazine diggs up the whole story, which becomes a sensation. An offbeat advocate Ravi Varma (Suresh Gopi) takes up the case for re investigation. The DYSP of crime branch Thomas Erali (Mukesh) investigates the crime with great zeal, and then the real truth is exposed. The advocate, police officer, and the journalist together starts the fight for justice.

Ramya and Shanthi are step-sisters. Ramya is arrogant while Shanthi is soft-spoken and sensitive. Sakthi is a writer and Shanthi is Sakthi's avid fan and sends him letters every week anonymously, she is in love with him. Sakthi really likes her letters,decides to meet her and he is eager to confess his love. Sakthi misunderstoods that the anonymous fan is Ramya. Later, Sakthi and Ramya fall in love with each other. By luck, Ramya becomes a model, and thereafter her popularity grows rapidly. Sakthi and Ramya decide to get married whereas the heartbroken Shanthi remained silent. The day of the wedding, Ramya runs away with dreams of being a cinema actress and Ramya asks him to wait for him. Feeling betrayed, Sakthi cannot accept it and he finally gets married with Shanthi. They live happily until Ramya comes back. What transpires later forms the crux of the story.

Middle-aged family man Arnaldo is kicked out by his wife because of a misunderstanding. Instead of despairing, Arnaldo takes advantage of the situation to turn around his unsatisfying adult life by going to live in a flat shared with four university students.

Farmer Jan Alting, who has disowned his son for collaborating with the nazis, provides shelter for a Jewish couple, a wanted communist and a rebel aristocrat. When his son returns, Jan is faced with the stark moral choice of failing those to whom he has given refuge, or conspiring with them to kill his own son.

A royal mistress, Vaishali, is sent to bring sage Rishyasringa to the kingdom of Anga. After Rishyasringa follows Vaishali, he performs the ceremonies to break the curse and make it rain in Anga.

Based around longform interviews, including with some of Russia's most well-known LGBT activists, the film presents one of the most extensive looks to date into the lives and testimonies of ordinary members from any part of the country's queer community. It also presents a horrifying glimpse into the work of organised rings of Russian homophobes dedicated to repeatedly outing, shaming and physically assaulting those they've deceived and targeted.
