Nono is a clumsy waitress who dreams of becoming a space pilot. One day, she meets Lal'C Melk Mark, a member of the elite psychic pilot team "Topless." But when space monsters appear from out of nowhere to wreak havoc on Mars, Lal'C calls out her Buster Machine—codenamed "Dix-Neuf"—to subdue the threat. During a battle with a Space Monster, Lal'C gets the surprise of her life when she sees Nono use her super-strength to help Dix-Neuf destroy the alien. From that point, Nono hangs along with Lal'C in hopes of becoming a member of Topless.

All-around talent competition which includes singing and dancing. A total of 108 contestants are shortlisted and divided into 2 groups, boys and girls. They will be trained and coached by their respective mentors. Later on, those who don't meet the qualifications will be eliminated. Out of the two groups, there will be a MVP among them which means that they will be the winner of the show, placing first. The rest of the surviving members will debut as ALL IN (boy group) and LEGAL HIGH (girl group).

Nono then decides the best way to advance is by recovering a lost Buster mech for herself to operate like the Topless do.Events escalate and the surviving SDF takes the offensive towards the 11th planet, the space monster homeworld. Will Nono learn about her hidden origin and abilities in time to rebuild her relationship with Lal'C, with the fate of the solar system also hanging in the balance.
