Top Talent is a talent show competition for English speaking performers in South Korea. The competition features singers, dancers, magicians, comedians, rappers, beat-boxers and other performers age 12 and up competing for a cash prize and the opportunity to appear on stage at a festival and venues around Korea. The first competition was held over the course of three days in June and July 2013. Among its significant features, Top Talent was the first talent competition in South Korea to provide amateur and professional English speaking performers with the opportunity to perform in a large scale talent search process with the winner ultimately being decided by an audience vote in the show's finale. The show incorporates many of the characteristics seen in popular reality television talent competitions such as America's Got Talent and The X-Factor. The show was created by C.J. Allen and will be produced as a web-series by Seconds2Impact Media set for release in August 2013.

Top 10 is a nightly countdown show on the NHL Network of anything hockey, from great performances to memorable moments, some of the most dramatic events in NHL history are ranked. It airs weekdays at 6 PM.

Top Billing is a South African television programme that airs every Tuesday evening on SABC3 from 19H30-20H30 and the repeats on Sunday at 12h00. It is founded by Basetsana Kumalo and Patience Stevens, who own the Tswelopele Production company. Top Billing is the longest-running lifestyle programme in South Africa, broadcasting since 1996. Top Billing recently started monthly magazine publications. People who dislike Top Billing, base their hostility on the "questionable ethics" that "dressed presenters will sit down alone to a meal prepared for them in a luxurious setting. This in a country where people are going hungry.". Others complain that the content featured in the lifestyle programme are unaffordable to the average viewer. On the contrary, Top Billing producers affirm that Top Billing is aimed at giving "South Africans hopes" that they too can achieve those luxuries they see on the programme.

Top Town was a New Zealand game show series where teams from different towns in New Zealand competed in various obstacle challenges against each other, along the lines of the earlier British series It's a Knockout. The show first ran in New Zealand between 1976 and 1990 and made a return in a slightly different form in 2009. The new format has similarities to Wipeout. Top Town first screened on New Zealand television in 1976, the original Top Town competition took place at a different town each week with all competitions taking place on a local sports field. The show made a return in 2009 but due health and safety regulations the new competition had to take on water with all teams now competiting at Jellie Park in Christchurch.

Top Banana was a programme on the former United Kingdom breakfast television station TV-am. The game show aired on Saturday mornings and was hosted by New Zealander Mike Brosnan. Format The format included a weekly demonstration of some feat - everything from water skiing to forward rolls - performed by children. To this, the presenter would shout "Top banana or what?" to which everyone would cheer "Top banana!"

Big Top was a children's television show that aired on CBS from July 1, 1950 to 1957. The cast included Ed McMahon, Johnny Carson's longtime sidekick, as Ed the Clown. The series first aired in Primetime from its debut until January 6, 1951, it then moved to Saturday mornings for the remainder of its run, The program originated live from the Camden, New Jersey Convention Hall.

TOP Bud is the first TV reality television show set in a Los Angeles, California medicinal marijuana collective.TOP Bud is created and produced by Blue Dream Media, a Los Angeles entertainment company and shopped by Original Media, an Endemol USA company. CNBC Business News reported that interest in the subject matter has "Blown up." The show was described to The New York Times as "a cross between “LA Ink,” the TLC show produced by Original about a lively tattoo parlor, and “Weeds,”Weeds the Showtime hit drama about a dope-dealing mother of two.".

Top Club was a Scottish regional television game show produced by Grampian Television between 1971 and 1998.

The Top 100: NFL's Greatest Players was a ten-part television series presented by the NFL Network in 2010. The series was based on a list of the top 100 National Football League players of all time, as compiled by a "blue-ribbon" panel assembled by the NFL Network. The members of the panel were current and former NFL coaches, players, executives, and members of the media. Each episode, broadcast each Thursday from September 3 to November 4, 2010, introduced a group of 10 players from the list, starting with the players ranked 100 through 91, and moving up the list each week. The final episode, premiering on November 4, 2010, introduced the top 10 players of all time according to the panel. Jerry Rice was chosen as the top player of all time, with Jim Brown as the second choice. The highest ranked defensive player was Lawrence Taylor, he was voted number three.
