Failed in their attempts to find a job, one day, they are teased and ragged by Kallu Dada (Ranjeet). The quarrel gets physical, which Raja wins. Raja thus becomes the local underworld don and starts collecting protection money from shopkeepers, while becoming addicted to alcohol. Raja's life takes twists and turns when Mohan Rao (Nilu Phule) passes away.
