These moments, frozen, in time, digitally manipulated and animated, resulting in a «photo film» create a broad film of associations for innumerable scenarios involving war and other catastrophes. It suggests looking through a frosty window at faded relics of destruction which is both frightening and absurd, one's perpective completely unrelated to time. The scene's stifling atmospheric density is the direct result of these experiments on the edge of visibility.

Most of her carrying-on is with the family chauffeur and her father does not approve, says so, and fires the chauffeur. His parental-guidance technique backfires as Beatrice ups and elopes with the chauffeur. Later, the father has some problems with his business associates and loses his business and most of his fixtures and disappears. But Beatrice locates him and there is a happy reunion between father and daughter, especially since daughter has brought along Jenny to cheer him up.

Colt, a struggling aspiring writer collects money after having sex with a complete stranger. Soon after the stranger is gone, an unexpected knock comes. Fearful for his safety, he makes a run for it. Somewhere out there, Colt falls into the hands of Ely, a wealthy man. Their relationship quickly evolves into a complex dynamic of father and son. As Ely's demons unravel, Colt tries to manage and becomes witness to this king all alone in his castle.
