Mukhtar, experiencing a mid-life crisis, has a job, a house, a family, and credit. He is convinced that it's all the fault of his early marriage. Soon the man wakes up in a luxurious surroundings as a wealthy businessman, but the price for such a transformation is his relatives. Now his best friend is the head of the Mukhtar's former family...

The young father of the family kills his wife and daughter. He realizes that punishment is inevitable, and he can't turn. Oleg decides to avoid punishment and die voluntarily. In the forest, not far from the house, he decides to hang himself, but the wire didn't hold the weight of the chubby killer. After that, Oleg finds a more insidious way to end his life.

A medical student (Pavlos Sidiropoulos) delays his studies to become a singer in this story of a man who follows his own convictions. No Man Is an Island travels across Europe, from the farmers working together in the Galline Felici cooperative in Sicily to the architects, craftspersons and elected representatives who collaborate in the Swiss Alps and in Austria. All are engaged in politics through their work and all believe in a common destiny. Is the local level the last possible place for a viable utopia?
