Street artists from the "Shards" team paint on the walls of St. Petersburg, employees of the municipality paint over their works. Day after day, history repeats itself. Director Pavel Machikhin peers into it, fixing the actions from both sides with equal interest and forcing the viewer, instead of confrontation, to see in this process a kind of dialogue unfolding on the streets of the city.

The film uses a rare chronicle of the Chechen wars from the private archives of mothers who were looking for their sons in Chechnya, as well as negotiating officers from the working group on the exchange of prisoners. For the first time, the heroes of the film tell in detail what they had to go to to free people from captivity on both sides.

But when he sees the regret and frustration of his beloved man, he returns to him.

The first sequel to KILINK ISTANBUL'DA picks up right where the 1st installment left off. Superman manages to locate Kilink's hideout on a remote island where his fiancé and her father are being held behind bars. Meanwhile, Kilink's scientists finally manufacture a lethal destructive canon-like weapon that is able to blast away even portions of mountains.

Rural youth Boknam, with the determination to succeed as soon as possible and be filial to his mother, left for the city without any specific plans and ended up working at a film shooting location. From that point on, he immersed himself in acting practice to become an actor. Eventually, due to unavoidable circumstances, he took on the role of a certain actor's stand-in, and his innate acting talent was recognized, making him an instant star. As a result, Boknam became able to show filial piety to his mother.

A street singer living on the obscure fringes of the L.A. subculture, in early 1968, Wild Man would sing anyone an original song for a dime. He offered these improvised and somewhat off-key ditties to anybody who'd listen.

Fouquet is known for his magnificence and his intelligence. These qualities attracted Miss de la Vallière, the favorite woman of the king. During a party at the Château de Vaux, Fouquet invites the king, who is accompanied by Miss de la Vallière.

Lu Ban's second short titled The Man Who Doesn’t Bother about Trifles (不拘小节的人 bùjū xiǎojié de rén). He carefully toned down the political satire here, switching his target to intellectuals instead of bureaucrats. The main character, Li Shaobai, is a rude literary critic who goes to a conference to lecture about satirical literature. Li is absolutely full of himself, and constantly misunderstands other people. Like Before the New Director Arrives, The Man Who Doesn’t Bother about Trifles was greeted with plenty of positive responses. Still, while Lu tried to be more careful with this second short, this didn’t stop some critics from taking issue with its ridiculous main character and humor.

A comedic short film in which we are invited to observe the week of a mass-produced modern man, as he does all sorts of common activities with the abilities that God supposedly gave him.

Jean Vernet, an unselfish banker, feels fine : he has a charming mistress, Jacqueline ; a godson, Fernand, that he took in when he was a child and that he has brought up and cherished ever since ; a faithful friend, Lamblin ; and an adorable dog. But things are not so rosy as they look. Adrienne, Jean's sister, hates Jacqueline and is prepared to do everything to separate the couple. Worse, it looks as though Fernand has betrayed his godfather by sleeping with Jacqueline. To know more about those around him, Jean, a modern Volpone, decides to fake deafness.
