A love letter to my mother, I Just Want You to Know is a semi-autobiographical animation based on my experience dealing with different stages of grief from losing my mother. The film follows a boy’s journey to the crematorium to have his mother cremated; as he writes the letter to his mother, he reminisces about his memories of her. Struggling to make peace with himself, he understands his love for his mother and accepts her departure. Based on true events, the letter in the film is the original words I wrote for and to my mother. Dedicated to my mother, this film encourages the audience to express their emotions to their loved ones. Before you know it, they are gone.

They finally get married, and the dog thinks he's going to get a meal to himself when the Screwloose family, including all the kids, moves in.
