"Tale of the Star Child" is a two-part television film, based on the works of Oscar Wilde. Like the earlier film, The Star Boy (1958), The Tale of the Star Boy, was based on two tales from Wilde's collection "A House of Pomegranates" - The Star-Child (1891) and The Birthday of the Infanta (1888) . However, the plot, in contrast to the first screen version, made more significant changes: in particular, added science-fiction elements and completely eliminated magic.

Comedy adventure based on a Jules Verne novel about the ups and downs of jewel thieves in the wilds of Africa circa 1900. George Segal is the appealing hero-heel and Ursula Andress is visually stunning as the lady in the proceedings. Orson Welles has a small role.

Yet instead of cold-blooded criminals we discover friendly, warm young people who laugh, sing and cry together. Their close bonds have been forged by the troubled past they share. We learn of their fears of having to return to the lives they once left behind. The documental camera is intimate but respectful, the resulting portraits are full of dignity.

Doris Parker, the daughter of an American Marine Officer, becomes Harry Townsend's pen pal. Harry is a young American soldier with no family who has gone to fight in France. As they exchange letters, Doris falls for Harry, despite advances made by Jack Tims, a captain of the Royal Navy training with the American Marines. On the front in France, Harry's face is wounded. Overwhelmed by the news, Doris asks Jack Tims to take Harry onboard a ship he is taking to France. During the voyage, Jack foils an attack from an enemy submarine but is wounded in the battle and dies.

An anthology of three filmed ballets, two written for the film and the third an abridgment of Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake". It was entered into the 1954 Cannes Film Festival. Filmed in color.

Andaboy is a sacred beach in southwestern Madagascar. The ancestors say the beach should be left untouched, as a shamanic musician sings in trance. The local fishermen are therefore deeply concerned when Australian company Base Toliara proposes building a harbor there, displacing 8,000 residents. The fishermen were already troubled by the Chinese trawlers that are decimating fish stocks, and now they fear an even greater invasion.

It tells the story of James, Ezra and kady's adventure as they try to stop the evil Company that is invading their planet.

In a working-class city of Mauritius, old Bolom has disappeared. His son Ronaldo sets out to find him and crosses paths with Ajeya, an Indian immigrant worker. He dreams of a golden boy's life, she flees her condition of modern slave. Together, their nocturnal crossing of the island takes on a new dimension, between a mystical journey and a desire for freedom.

An ordinary Viennese taxi driver, Toni Kowalski, wanders into a diner, where a singing competition is taking place, and decides to take part in it. He is recognized as a maverick, the owner of an amazing voice, and is awarded the victory in the competition. Toni is patronized by an influential socialite.

The film portrays the final days of the most famous Czech authoress, Božena Nìmcová, who in the mid-19th century dared to live a life free of social constraints.
