Shinichi Kudo returns as the young Conan to investigate a murderous letter sent to a beauty pageant winner who demands affection.

Kogoro, Ran, Conan, Heiji, and Kazuha are at a festival when Denkyuu, a student monk, asks them to solve a case of a disappearing body at the temple. Shakuren, the head monk, denies the body's existence and claims Denkyu is mistaken.

Once again, Kaitou Kid has a target in mind: the Crystal Mother, Europe's largest topaz owned by Queen Selizabeth of the Principality of Ingram. He intends to steal this jewel while the Queen is stuck on a train from Tokyo to Osaka. However, Kid's abilities are put to the test, as the Queen has already concealed the gem somewhere aboard the train. Conan Edogawa, who is among train's passengers, suspects an attack from the phantom thief and begins investigating on his own, while Inspector Ginzou Nakamori is ready for a new confrontation against the elusive jewelry robber.

Conan and Ran are visiting Heiji and Kazuha in Osaka when the four come across a trio of kids while touring the city. These children, who look eerily similar to the Detective Boys but with different personalities, are looking for their friend who has gone missing—and the two young detectives agree to help find the vanished boy.

This OVA takes place ten years in the future and chronicles the possible events if Conan Edogawa and Ai Haibara do not take the antidote to APTX 4869 and grow up alongside their friends Genta, Mitsuhiko, and Ayumi, while still maintaining their detective endeavors.

Professor Agasa asks Conan for a special favour: to come over to the Beika baseball park, where Ai and Agasa are already waiting. Here, Minae a baseball-playing young girl tries to compete in an otherwise all-boys team, but has a hard time of it. According to the coach she only seems to be lacking a bit of self-confidence. On her way back to the bench she stumbles over a baseball bat that the legendary player Matsui Hideki rammed into the ground. Supposedly any player who swings this bat gains the strength of a real baseball player, and with it any ball can be hit. Time for Conan to take fate into his own hands... for Minae's sake.

Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya lends Conan Edogawa a massive amount of manga, which Conan starts reading, despite the overwhelming quantity. Elsewhere, Kogorou Mouri is asked by the Mine family to protect the treasured sword in their dojo, as Kaitou Kid has sent a note of his intent to steal it. Upon arriving at the dojo, Conan and the others meet Yaiba Kurogane. Together, they aim to thwart the phantom thief's plans. However, Conan begins to notice something strange about the case...

Kogoro and his group visit Tsukikage Island after receiving a letter from a person named Keiji Aso. However, it is said that the client was a pianist who died 12 years ago. When the party was waiting for the village chief at the town hall to find out about the client, the moonlight rang and a candidate for the mayor election was found dead. And the next day, while the police are conducting an investigation, the “moonlight” that hints at death resounds...

The Twilight Rainbow is a precious stone that sparkles in 7 different colors when placed under a starry sky. You have been invited to witness the jewel's unveiling ceremony. A special theater equipped with state-of-the-art technology has been built just for the event by Jirokichi Suzuki, the senior advisor to the Suzuki Group and host of the ceremony. When you enter the theater, Jirokichi, Ran, and Sonoko have also arrived. Kid the Phantom Thief has sent a heist note stating that he will take the jewel, so Conan is also on the scene together with Amuro who has come on behalf of Kogoro. Just as the spectacular unveiling ceremony begins, Kid the Phantom Thief makes his appearance, and tension instantly grips the venue. As the commotion envelops the entire venue, you learn the truth thanks to Conan, who uses his deductive skills to unravel the mystery of the jewel. In whose hands will the jewel end up? And will you ever see the "rainbow" under the starry sky?

One day, Kogoro receives an invitation to an "out-of-season Halloween party" that contains a death threat. Kogoro takes it as a challenge to himself and immediately heads to the venue with Sonoko. Meanwhile, the same invitation has arrived at Shinichi's house. Moreover, it seems that the sender has realized that Shinichi and Conan are the same person.

One day Mori Kogoro's private detective agency receives a blackmail call. It turns out that the caller has dialed the wrong number. Conan is able to identify the voice on the phone, it's similar to that of his old friend Heiji, who's also a high school detective but in Osaka. They join once again forces to solve the case and find the jewel which was stolen. But they are not the only ones who are after the jewel. The notorious master thief Kaitou Kid has taken an interest in this piece, which is worth 100,000,000 Yen, as well and now it's up to Heiji and Conan to be the first to find the culprit and acquire the jewel.

Shinichi Kudo is playing soccer in the park. While there, he sees a man who is trying to confirm his alibi for when his Grandmother was murdered, as he was drunk and passed out in the park at the time, but has no one that can verify his alibi, and he is the prime suspect. Shinichi decides to help. Due getting so concentrated in this case, Shinichi gets into a big fight with Ran Mouri, the longest fight they've ever been in. After Shinichi helps solve the case, both him and Ran and shown walking home from school, both wanting to end the fighting. They both see cherry blossom's, and hear someone sing "Amazing Grace", which ends the week long fight between the two. And Conan narrates how he didn't realize that song was going how this will help in a case 3 years later, in the Full Score of Fear case.

Another special to accompany the release of the 14th feature film, The Lost Ship in the Sky. Along with a number of previous episodes, the original episode contained within will take place after the events of the film.
