Paris, in a post apocalyptic future. Vampires have taken over political and social power, imposing a fashion anarchy headed by the magnificent Vlad Dracula, a widely acclaimed fashion designer and photographer. From clubs to parties, from photo shoots to fashion shows, the infamous count leads an outwardly self indulgent life with his clique of iconic vampires and pop idols.

Deep within Castle Frankenstein's laboratory, Count Dracula revives the Frankenstein monster. Once awakened, Count Dracula is able to hypnotically control the monster. After the monster commits a murder, an intruder to laboratory drives a stake through Count Dracula's heart, killer the vampire. The monster attacks the intruder, who kills the monster using a hammer.
Count Dracula is revived. He sets about to locate and revive the Frankenstein monster. Dracula is in need of nourishment, so leaves the safety of the castle and locates a victim to satisfy his blood lust. Two of the victim's friends, seek revenge and track Dracula to his lair, and are attacked by the monster. An electrical fuse causes a fire in the castle, while the morning dawn sun destroys Dracula, leaving just his skeletal remains.
