Cry of the Sky is loosely about events that led to the collapse of the first Kurdish revolution of 1961 and the chaotic recovery of the resistance movement during the second half of the 1970s. The storyline takes its point of departure from the current situation in the Kurdistan region with the ongoing war between the Peshmerga and a new foe, the Islamic State (ISIS/Daesh).

When released, he comes to face people's selfishness and disregard, He begins to steal things. The investigator working on his case talks to his adopted parents, his girlfriend and friends. Hiding from the police, Georgi ends up in a small town at the Black sea coast. He falls in love with his friend's sister Yana. Yet again, he finds no sympathy and understanding. He steals again. The investigator wants to help him but Georgi has given up all hope. He wants to commit suicide. Yana is the last spark of hope to bring him back to life.

Set in Isaan, this is the story of a mother who struggles to lead her needy family through seemingly endless hardships and pressures. To help the family survive, the father endures greedy capitalists who heartlessly take advantage of him and his family, forcing him to slave at the harvest of an infertile field. That is until he loses both his arms. Then all the burdens fall on the mother: bread-winning, taking care of her crippled husband and raising the kids, all amid external pressures from drought to vile businessmen.

This thriller looks at the defection of a terrorist and focuses on frequent violence and repetitive sex scenes with full frontal nudity. Henri (Hubert Lucot) belongs to a terrorist gang that orders him to kill the sister of one of their members. The member himself died when he single-handedly carried out an attack on a carload of American military advisors in Paris. Henri balks at this assignment, since the gang only wants the sister assassinated because they believe that she would name them to the authorities. Instead of following through, Henri runs away, and the others soon follow in hot pursuit.

Nam-Soo (Son Hyeon-Ju) is a powerful high ranking gangster. One day, Nam-Soo is diagnosed with cancer and learns he is dying. Nam-Soo is shocked, but then starts to look for a nursing home where he can die peacefully. Meanwhile, Nam-Soo looks for Young-Chae (Jo Mi-Ryung), the girlfriend of his friend Jong-Kil. In the past, Young-Chae and Jong-Kil were about to get married, but Nam-Soo killed Jong-Ki. Nam-Soo finds Young-Chae living with her daughter. She runs a small lodge in Kangwan province. Young-Chae and her daughter don't have much money and Nam-Soo feels a heavy sense of guilt ...

After her father forbids her from seeing her boyfriend, Pring commits suicide and comes back as a very annoying ghost.

Nacho and Memo start working as night watchmen in a Tequila factory. It is a stormy night. As soon as they recognize themselves alone in the middle of the huge industry, they get ready to drink and then they discover an intruder inside the facilities. It is Don Catarino, an old beggar who lives off the mercy of the employees and is the one who warns them that a lost soul usually appears in that factory on stormy nights. He pleads with them to ignore her and not allow her to involve them in her troubles. As soon as he disappears, a woman asks them for help to shelter from the storm.
