Junzou Kihara is a trucker transporting luxury foreign vehicles to their destination. Shouhei Taguchi is a salesman who sells teaching materials. Each of them travels all over Japan, but they met in Hokkaido during one winter. Taguchi, whose rental car broke down, was left stranded in the remote wilderness. Kihara passes by and picks up Taguchi. Due to circumstances, a woman in a flashy outfit was also on board. After traveling as three people for a while, Kihara becomes angry at Taguchi who talks too much, and at the time leaves Taguchi behind. They also have personal problems to deal with.
