In their journey to find the formula for a fragmented and dying Church the two filmmakers find themselves getting closer to a much bigger Answer.

A small town is plagued with satanic murders, violent and bizarre. Local Investigator Messiah Ward and his partner Barney must unravel the clues and stop the bloodshed. The trail leads them to a dark coven of devil worshipers called The Brotherhood of Satan, and an encounter with a demon from the pits of hell.

On a rainy and windy day there is marching a procession of priests and town dignitaries. A big community of priests is consecrating the foundation stone of the memorial of František Palacký. The Prague Archbishop František Schönborn is blessing the foundation stone. The Priests are lying down blessed stone cube components and form them into one big unit.

Here we have an old scholar/alchemist brooding over a book, challenged by the devil, and going through the familiar sorcery to create a woman by throwing pieces of clothing against a stain-glass church window, like a jigsaw puzzle (and later in reverse). The woman also multiplies herself five-fold so as to match a similar paravent.

What started out as an inside joke amongst two self proclaimed weirdos in Ft. Worth, Texas soon becomes much more than they bargained for. Frustrated by the rising consumer-driven culture, out-of-work pals Douglass St. Clair Smith and Steve Wilcox decide to turn their conservative southern ideology on its head and invent a new religion all their own. Spurred on by the overreach of religion and zealous televangelists of the day, the pair concoct religious monikers (Reverend Ivan Stang and Dr. Philo Drummond), a newly minted prophet (J.R. "Bob" Dobbs), and devise a crusade to expose the conspiracy of normalcy by using humor as the ultimate weapon.

Joo-mi, a quiet church lady, hates to stand out and always wears a cross necklace around her neck. She is a purist who has never met or dated any man. A bully, Won-joon, appears in front of her. Hearing that Joo-mi is still chaste, the desire to seduce her intensifies. For Won-joon who meets women once a month, it was easy to seduce Joo-mi, but it was not easy to steal her virginity. Won-joon, who said goodbye to Joo-mi, who would never let him have sex, started dating Na-yeong. They brag about it to Joo-mi and insult her. Jooo-mi, who was insulted by Won-joon, who she loves so much, had sparks in her heart. Joo-mi decides to have sex with her church friend in revenge against Won-joon.

The Church of Saint Coltrane is a short documentary film produced by Alan Klingenstein, directed by Jeff Swimmer and edited by Andrew Fredericks. It was filmed in 1996. Its subject is the famous jazz saxophonist John Coltrane, who became deeply religious after overcoming his addictions to alcohol and heroin in 1957. Posthumously, he was made the patron saint of the St. John William Coltrane African Orthodox Church church in San Francisco, which holds jam sessions every Sunday that are "five-hour jam sessions interspersed with liturgy, sermons, and fellowship." The 26 minute documentary film received awards at seven film festivals. In 1998, it was shown on BRAVO, then sold to cable networks in Europe and Asia.

The movie captures the responses of 31 authors, musicians, filmmakers and dancers to Olivier Messiaen's monumental organ work "Apparition of the Eternal Church." Listening to the 10-minute piece through headphones, the documentary subjects-most of whom are outsiders to the church and do not know what they're hearing-put Messiaen's project to the test: Is it possible to portray, through time-bound, invisible sound, the spiritual, the architectural, the eternal? The result is a collective interpretation improvising its way through an aesthetic landscape defined by violent contradictions. Resolution abuts eternity, eroticism asceticism, spiritual ecstasy physical torture. Together, the music and its interpreters conjure something like what William Blake famously called the marriage of heaven and hell.

This investigative film ushers us inside the controversial Church of Satan, with an exclusive inside look at the most intimate aspects of their philosophy and rituals.
