Ordinary salaryman Hamasaki Mitsuo works for a company which installs vending machines. He complains about his marriage life while at the dentist office. Mitsuo isn't happy at all with his marriage with his wife, Hoshino Yuka, who has the complete opposite personality from him. He doesn't know if he loves Yuka or not. At this time, Mitsuo meets Kono Akari, his ex-girlfriend from his university days, who is now married to Uehara Ryo.

Toru Acura is a 20-year-old retired soldier meandering through life now that the war has ended. He encounters Chaika Trabant, a 14-year-old sorceress carrying a coffin, and follows her in hopes of finding meaning to his life again. The two travel with Toru's adopted sister, Akari, the employed member of the group and thus Toru's source of income.

The show is inspired by the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Undha Chasma' written by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues which are socially relevant.

Mattana is the young and beautiful royal descendant Mom Ratchanigoon from Thailand. She is forced by her parents to marry the prince of Raya, Prince Makee. Prince Makee's father, King Inthra, and Mattana’s father, Thammarath, were university friends who promised one another to have their children marry once they become of age. Mattana refuses to marry a man she hardly knows and doesn't love. When Prince Makee’s royal bodyguard, Kamin, goes to Thailand to pick Mattana up, she disguises herself as Kaew, the horse face, and tries every trick in her book to get loose from having to go to Raya to get married to the prince. Even so, Kamin goes along with Mattana and spends more time with her to find out what type of person she really is. However, the more Mattana gets to know Kamin, the more she finds herself falling hard for him.

Atsuko Kagami is an elementary school girl who has an affinity for mirrors. One day, her favorite mirror which was given to Akko by her mother is broken, and she prefers to bury it in her yard rather than throw it to the trash can. In her dreams, she is contacted by a spirit (or in some cases the Queen of the Mirror Kingdom) who is touched that the girl would treat the mirror so respectfully and not simply throw it away. Akko-chan is then given the gift of a magical mirror and taught enchantments, such as "Tekumaku mayakon, tekumaku mayakon" and "Lamipasu lamipasu lu lu lu lu lu", that will allow her to transform into anything she wishes

The ruthless Fong Chi-Lik suffers from congestive heart failure, and was fortunate to have the recently died Yiu Yat-San donate his heart to him. After going through heart transplant surgery, Chi-Lik's personality changes drastically; Chi-Lik turns into a good man with a caring attitude. But when Chi-Lik discovers Yat-San's "accidental" death involved him and his wife, he gets lost between love and righteousness, good and evil. Meanwhile, Yat-San's twin brother Yiu Yuet-San returns to Hong Kong to prepare for his brother's funeral and falls in love with his brother's girlfriend Yuen Siu-Kat. The plot thickens when Yuet-San finds out that his twin brother’s death was not an accident and begins investigating to uncover the truth.
