Canadian contestants are confronted with 26 sealed briefcases full of varying amounts of cash -- ranging from a measly penny to a million dollars. Without knowing the amount in each briefcase, they pick one -- theirs to keep, if they chooses, until its unsealing at game's end.

Follow a group of contestants – including some familiar faces – who live together as they complete a series of challenges with the goal of earning a cash prize. The catch? Some of the contestants are traitors who will attempt to deceive and manipulate their way to the prize instead of sharing it amongst the group. In this psychological adventure will the traitors be unmasked in time?

Come Dine With Me Canada is a Canadian reality television series, adapted from the British programme Come Dine With Me. The show debuted November 1, 2010 on the W Network. The show has generally brings five amateur chefs competing against each other hosting a dinner party for the other contestants. Each competitor then rates the host's performance with the winner winning a $1,000 cash prize. An element of comedy is added to the show through comedian Jamie Carr, who provides a dry and "Canadian sarcastic" narration.

Entertainment Tonight Canada is a daily entertainment newsmagazine show that airs primetime on Global Television in Canada. Encore presentations can also be found on the Slice and TVtropolis channels, both of which are part of the Shaw Media network. Entertainment Tonight Canada first aired on September 12, 2005 and covers both Canadian and international entertainment affairs encompassing film, television, music, sports, theatre, fashion, special events and awards shows. Entertainment Tonight Canada collaborates closely with and is patterned after its American counterpart, Entertainment Tonight. In most Canadian television markets, the American edition of Entertainment Tonight airs back-to-back alongside Entertainment Tonight Canada.

It is a moment unlike any other in time. From coast to coast, Canada is united by the game we call our own. After playing the Soviets in the Forum, Maple Leaf Gardens, Winnipeg and Vancouver, Team Canada leaves for Moscow with only one victory on home ice. Top Chef Canada is a reality competition show. The first season premiered on April 11, 2011 on Food Network Canada. The first season consisted of 13 episodes, with 16 contestants vying for a grand prize of $100,000 and a GE Monogram kitchen valued at $30,000. Contestants shopped at Loblaws in season one and McEwan in season two. Like the original American series, each week the chef contestants compete against each other in culinary challenges. Contestants are judged by a panel of professional chefs and other notables from the food and wine industry, with one or more contestants being eliminated each week. The Canadian edition uses the same graphics and music as the American version of the program. Season one of Top Chef Canada was one of Food Network Canada's most highly-rated programs. The network renewed the program for a second season, which began to air on March 12, 2012.

Canada's Worst Driver is a Canadian television series on Discovery Channel, based on Britain's Worst Driver, and is part of the Worst Driver television franchise. It and sister series Canada's Worst Handyman are the two highest-rated programs on Discovery Channel. The series is produced by Proper Television, whose president, Guy O'Sullivan, was the director for the original Britain's Worst Driver series; as such, Canada's Worst Driver is considered to be the production company's flagship show. Unlike other Worst series around the world, the Canadian version emphasizes the learning process of the contestants and the science of driving, and as such is often more serious than the other Worst shows around the world, which are mainly played for laughs. It is the longest running of any Worst series to date. The series is also aired dubbed in French in Canada, as the Les zéros de conduite on Canal D.
