In what could now be regarded as a moving image time capsule of the Cold War, this short documentary film, narrated by Cactus Pryor, presents the view in 1970 of the city of West Berlin. Using historic film footage from pre-war and World War II, the film recounts the events that lead to the splitting of the city into East and West, and the resulting social and economic consequences for citizens on both sides of the wall.

Berlin is a 2009 documentary series co-developed by the BBC and the Open University. Written and presented by Matt Frei, the series has three 60-minute episodes, each dealing with a different aspect of the history of Germany's capital city.

What begins as an innocent art class becomes a steamy triangle of erotic passions and forbidden love. A beautiful Japanese girl becomes the object of obsession in a devious relationship between the wife of a German diplomat and her husband.
