Love letters from a relationship between Cameroon and the Philippines.

The film tells the story of a noble but poor woman who arrives at Boston in the 17th century. There she marries an old but quite rich doctor but does not become happy.

"A Letter from Colombia" (1962) was written, directed, and narrated by James Blue, with cinematography by Stevan Larner. The film was produced by the United States Information Agency (USIA) for audiences outside of the United States.

How do we protect our connection with young people? This is the question the film tries to answer by addressing them directly through a voice-over. In a mosaic of fiction and animation sequences, film excerpts, "smartphone" shots and a considerable amount of archive material, the film restores entire sections of our History and our current events, by looking back at some of the major political and social achievements that young people often ignore. "Letter to the child you gave us" aims at inciting them to measure the importance of laws, the stake of democracy, and to push them to the commitment until fighting abstention.

LETTERS, a dramatic historical fiction written by Mrs. Evelyn Merritt in 2010, tells the story of U.S. soldiers and their loved ones through their correspondence beginning with the Civil War and ending with the War in Iraq. Sahuarita High School students adapted the Readers’ Theatre play into a movie, reasoning the student actors would be kept safe from Covid-19 by filming them individually, and afterward the footage could be reassembled into a screenplay following the original dialogue.

Twins in all but disposition, Netty and Letty quarrel continually. Letty goes to spend a few days at a friend's cottage at a nearby summer resort. Netty also goes later. Freddy meets Netty and they are mutually attracted. They are not allowed to be together much, however, as they are always being interrupted.

Letters from a Window is clearly structured. On the visual level it consists solely of paused film frames, hard cuts of different lengths. The stunning, rapidly changing images appear like brief impressions of a world that has been brought to its knees by a faceless power. The views of people, places, and objects constantly change. On the sound level, in counterpoint to the staccato of the dystopian flood of images, we hear a warm, calm woman’s voice, lovingly and wistfully addressing one “N.”, who might be a man or a woman, in a continuous flow of words. She refers directly to the images, as if she could see them at the cinematic window as she speaks.

An essay toward documenting the ineffable...One might consider it a dialogue between a man of Faith and one who has merely tasted of the absurd, yet struggles to ingest it.

A violent man (Bryan Brown), who ostensibly has a slight mental illness due to fillings in his teeth, continues to write letters to his estranged girlfriend, Kris McQuade. She sees that he expresses himself more dearly in his letters and he is still quick tempered when they try to rekindle their relationship.
