Film makers Clem Da Silva (Tomas Milian) and Theo Steiner (Elliott Gould) are childhood friends, although now estranged. While both are gifted and equally passionate about cinema, their destinies couldn’t have been any different – multiple Oscar winner Theo is successful and admired around the world, whereas few have ever heard of Clem, because he often gets to work only for television. Clem has accused Theo of plagiarising his ideas that, to add insult to injury, went on to win awards.

Sketches. We see human crash tests: a human hits a wall at five miles per hour, 50 mph, and 3000. A woman kisses a man as he listens to his Walkman; through the kiss, she experiences the music. We see the trouble with face-lifts. We watch the early history of the mob: a cowboy mounts his horse, digs in his spurs, and ... kaboom! We watch a pursuer get his just desserts. Then, an ape evolves into a man who evolves into an American football player, hunkered down on all fours. Four pieces of furniture express their love when the humans are out of the room. Last, the ultimate car alarm humiliates a thief.

An elderly man's son, dissatisfied at living with his father's senility, forces his wife to abandon his father in the park. Another couple take pity on him and invite him to their home, but when they realize how much care he requires, they return him to the park.

Manfred Durniok (1934-2003), German film director and producer, shot his first short documentary films in the 1950s and 1960s. At the end of the 50s he got to know Oskar Sala (1910-2002) and took advantage of the composers electro-acoustic and musical skills in many of his subsequent black and white motion pictures.

A film about the life & time of ex The Homosexuals bass player Xentos Jones Luke Fowler's The Way Out: A Portrait of Xentos Jones, made in collaboration with Kosten Koper, is a tribute to underground punk musician and film-maker Xentos Jones and his band The Homosexuals. Fowler collages together diverse material related to Jones including interviews, music and even found fragments from Jones' own experimental films to create a haphazard and intriguing portrayal of this maverick character.

Especially in Poland the youth are deeply divided, more and more are getting involved in conservative or nationalist right-wing organizations, while the country is slowly drifting into an anti-democratic dictatorship.

Imahe Nasyon is a groundbreaking, conceptual omnibus film by 20 alternative filmmakers who were tasked to present their personal visions on national issues. Renowned line producers Jon and Carol Red hatched the idea of revisiting the 1986 EDSA revolution, challenging directors to answer the question "What happened after 1986?" with a short film not longer than five minutes each. Despite individual techniques, the same goal is shared: to depict a truthful image of the nation at present.

In the form of an investigative report, Super Woman offers a dive into the world of transvestites and transsexuals who, in 1975, brightened up certain Parisian cabarets such as the Carrousel, the Etrier, the Alcazar or Chez Michou... The latter introduces us to two of its stars, Duduche and Fifi, who evokes his encounters with Sylvie Vartan, whom he imitates to perfection. Then an investigator goes to the Carrousel and meets Claudie, Laurence, Peggy, Albane, Griselleda, Maryline and Kristel.
