An American general with highly confidential defence information has been kidnapped by terrorists and is being held in a cliff-top fortress in the Mediterranean.

In 1944, a Russian agent was infiltrated into the command of the Nazi army in the north of Ukraine. Its mission: to discover enemy plans so that the Russian army can destroy the Germans and put an end to the war.

At some point, somewhere in the relentless events of the Second World War: A submarine returns from a long, successful patrol. Shortly before their native coast, however, they are bombarded by enemy aircraft. The submarine sinks and for the men begins a fight for survival at 110 meters depth.
