Second part of the series Mangini dedicated to boxing as a possibility for the social rescue of young Italians. In the south, shepherds train by running after sheep and gyms are improvised. In Rome, young Roma people struggle against discrimination in the ring. In the north, a father trains his son so that he can achieve the victories the father missed.

A journalist goes to the interior of the state of Espirito Santo to meet "Vinillis frutiferis", a tree whose fruits are vinyl records and that the hummingbirds, with their beaks, need to play the music. In a game between reality and fiction, we find stories of villagers who preserve this species.

This documentary goes into the small vineyards of Comenge. Most houses in the region had long had their own vineyards, many of which have disappeared today. Even so, and only because a handful of passionate, some of them are still conserved. From the testimony of several elders, we will learn the names of the local varieties of grapes, how to care for the vineyard throughout the year and the steps that must be followed to get these Occitan wines.
